I'm definitely not as frequent at writing as before.
And I definitely lack excitement to blog when I don't have photos....poor broken phone.
But I do want to be better.
...it may not happen until after my trip to Japan (in a week! Woot! Woot!) because I'm a little doubtful as to my internet abilities overseas.
But I'll take pictures.
Because I can.
Now that I have a phone that works!! Hooray!
But the story didn't start well....
I spent a long time with the AT&T man.
He was quite chatty, which was kind of nice.
It was a lot of...waiting...
Wait to charge the new phone.
Wait to get the authorization from Papa to switch phones.
Wait to get a hold of Lydia to get her old passcode.
There were also lots of phone calls...
A phone call to Papa for authorization.
No luck. He was in a meeting.
Call to Tyson to get Nana's phone number to find Papa.
Call Nana to find out Papa's in a meeting.
Call Papa's secretary to get authorization.
Call Tyson to get Lydia's phone number to get the passcode.
Call Lydia to find the phone numbers don't work.
Call Tyson to get Kylie and Hayden's phone number to see if they can track down Lydia.
Call with no answers.
Calls returned and they text and call Lydia to find out she's in class.
Get a hold of Lydia through text to find out she doesn't know the passcode.
Make some guesses based on past passcode.
Disable my phone and have to wait to get it working again to try (and fail at) getting a new passcode.
Anyhow...that was a long (and probably boring) explanation of how I spent a long time with Mr. AT&T to NOT get it working.
It wasn't until the next day (after being able to answer calls but not being able to make any, or text, or take photos, or use Siri...) when Brayden and Shawn figured it out for me.
Now I have a phone.
And the people rejoice!
...at least I do.
And I'm pretty Tyson appreciates me having a phone again as well.
